Cílem nové evropské směrnice je zajistit všem zaměstnancům transparentní přístup k informacím o odměňování ve firmě. To by mělo přispět mimo jiné k odstranění mzdových rozdílů mezi pohlavími. Nová pravidla však pro podniky přinášejí i nové povinnosti a nutnost revize stávajícího systému odměňování.
