  • Panel discussions on civil-to-defence pathways and dual-use challenges, covering the transition from civil to defence markets, collaboration models between system integrators and startups, as well as procurement processes, regulatory frameworks, compliance, and public sector cooperation.

  • Reverse pitching sessions by venture capital funds, including presentations from leading European VC funds active in defence and dual use, outlining their investment approaches.

  • Keynote delivered by a representative of Brave1, the Ukrainian defence tech cluster, whose experience in deploying innovative technologies in real-world conditions has become one of the key reference points for the European defence ecosystem today.

  • An evening networking reception, providing an opportunity to connect directly with decision-makers, investors, and industry partners.
